TWLL系列斗螺旋喂料器屬非撓性牽引構(gòu)件的連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備。具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、喂料均勻、產(chǎn)量高、密封性能好等特點(diǎn)。適用于面粉、大米、飼料物料的輸送。采用鋼管外殼，變螺距葉片，有效防止面粉及其它物料在輸送過程中壓實(shí)及憋死。如與調(diào)速電機(jī)或變頻器相配，即可根據(jù)需求處方調(diào)整喂料速度，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。
Twll series bucket screw feeder is a continuous conveying cquipment with non flexible traction components.The utility model has the advantages of simple structure,uniform feeding,high output and sealing good performance.It is suitable for conveying flour,rice and feed materials.Steel tube shell and variable pitch blade are used to effectively prevent flour and other materials are compacted and suffocated during transportation.If it is matched with speed regulating motor or frequency converter,the feeding speed can be adjusted according to the demand prescription to realize automatic chemical production.
